Wellness Wednesdays: Mile High Run Club Hosts Fitness Event

Every Wednesday this summer in Flatiron is “Wellness Wednesday,” in which exercise programs are run 6:30 to 7:30 on the South Plaza, hosted by organizations such as Yoga Shanti, Chaise Fitness, and NY Personal Training. This week, the Mile High Run Club ran a weight strength and conditioning class for runners of all fitness levels […] designed to build strength, power, and stability. The training supports sports performance, VO2 MAX, weight loss goals, and is helpful for injury prevention.”
